If you are using x360CE, vJoy, or any other virtual input devices, then please disconnect/disable them as well. Please disconnect all input devices (controllers, graphics tablets, etc.) with exception of keyboard, and mouse. This will open the working panel of the video card. Different games respond to VSync differently on different systems, and the result could be input lag, visual "tearing", or reduced framerate. Right click on the desktop and select AMD Radeon Settings. If results are not satisfying, you should experiment with different VSync settings in your graphics device control program. Navigate to NVIDIA Control Panel -> 3D Settings -> Manage 3D Settings -> Program Settings -> select the game from the list -> Set VSync to On. To do this, right-click an empty area on your desktop and select: Find GPU Workload settings and change from Graphics to Compute.
